The recently-reactivated Oceano has sadly cancelled their appearance at Toledo Deathfest, as well as all surrounding dates, due to what they're calling "personal and internal changes." No word on what's happening with the band just yet, but we wish everyone involved all the best.

"We regret to inform you that we will be unable to perform at Toledo Deathfest as well as our weekend of shows surrounding it in Wisconsin & Michigan. The band is currently undergoing personal and internal changes that have unfortunately hindered our ability to proceed with our plans.

"However, we are pleased to announce that the festival organizers have secured another exceptional band to take our place. We encourage you to continue supporting your local music scene and show your enthusiasm for all the talented bands performing. The lineup promises to be outstanding!

"We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding. We hope to connect with you again in the near future!"

Toledo Deathfest kicks off in a month, with Signs Of The Swarm replacing Oceano. VCTMS and Incite have also dropped off the festival, and are replaced by Casket Robbery and Summoner's Circle. Toledo Deathfest will kick off on June 3 in Toledo at the Mainstreet Bar. Tickets are available here.
